Phone: +43 676 550 1825 Email: adham.m@re-present.at
If you have questions about data protection, you can contact us at this address. A data protection officer is not legally required and has not been appointed.
2. Principles
We process personal data only as needed to provide this website and our services, and to respond to your inquiries. Depending on the processing activity, the legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Article 6(1)(b) (a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract), Article 6(1)(c) (a legal obligation), and Article 6(1)(f) (a legitimate interest).
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Herengracht 458, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the website, Framer processes technical connection data to deliver its content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure and fast website. We have a data processing agreement with Framer.
4. Server log files
When you visit the website, the following data is automatically stored in log files: the page accessed, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and truncated IP address. This data is used to deliver the website, troubleshoot errors, and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is retained for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
5. Cookies and consent
We use necessary cookies to make the website work and remember your cookie choices. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We load all other cookies and services, including analytics, marketing, and external media, only after you have given explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Before consent is given, these services are blocked and do not transmit any data.
Your choices are stored locally in your browser. You can change them or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us through one of our forms, by email, or by phone, we process the data you provide to handle your inquiry. Depending on the form, this includes:
Visibility check: your name, website address, phone number, and email address, plus your answers about your needs, current inquiry volume, planned start date, and budget range.
Strategy call: your name, company, website address, phone number, and email address, plus your answers about the project, its current status, start date, budget range, and decision-making authority.
Free hero section and free video script: your name, company, phone number, and email address, plus information about your website, offering, target audience, desired action, available visual assets, industry, business size, and planned timing.
We also store the submission time and the page from which the form was submitted.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the inquiry concerns entering into a contract, or otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete inquiries once they have been resolved, unless statutory retention periods require us to retain them. For a business relationship, the retention period under commercial and tax law is seven years.
The forms are provided directly on our website. The information is transmitted in encrypted form to Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), stored there in a spreadsheet, and sent to us by email. We have a data processing agreement with Google.
7. Appointment booking
We use Cal.com, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA, to schedule appointments. When you book an appointment, the provider processes the information you enter, such as your name, email address, preferred time, and time zone, on our behalf.
We load the booking widget only after you have consented to the “External media” category. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, with Article 6(1)(b) also applying to the handling of the appointment itself. Because the provider is based in the United States, the information in Section 14 applies.
8. Newsletter
We use Mailchimp, a service of Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, California, USA, to send our newsletter. Registration uses a double opt-in process: after signing up, you receive an email with a confirmation link. We add you to the mailing list only after you confirm. We store the registration time and IP address as evidence of your registration.
Mailchimp also analyzes whether emails are opened and which links are clicked so that we can improve the content.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the end of each email. After you unsubscribe, we remove your data from the mailing list but retain the consent records as evidence. We have a data processing agreement with Mailchimp.
9. Google Analytics 4
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service helps us understand which content people read and where visitors leave the website.
The data processed includes truncated IP addresses, device and browser information, approximate location at the city level, pages viewed, and interactions. IP anonymization is enabled.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We have a data processing agreement with Google.

10. Google Ads and conversion tracking
With your consent, we use Google Ads to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant advertising. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Cookies may be set, and interactions with our website may be attributed to your click on an ad.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
11. Embedded YouTube videos
Our website embeds videos from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We load this content only after you have consented to the “External media” category. Until then, you see only a preview, and no data is transmitted to the provider.
After you give consent, YouTube receives your IP address and may set cookies. If you are signed in to Google, the visit may be associated with your account. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
12. Fonts
The Satoshi font used on this website is delivered from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers when you visit our website.
13. Recipients and processors
We share personal data only when necessary for the purposes described or when you have given consent. Recipients include Framer for hosting, Google Workspace for processing and storing form inquiries, Cal.com for appointment booking, Mailchimp for the newsletter, Google for analytics and advertising, and tax advisors and authorities where required by law. We have agreements under Article 28 GDPR with all data processors.
14. Transfers to third countries
Cal.com, Mailchimp, and Google services may transfer data to the United States. The basis for these transfers is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, supplemented by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The United States does not offer a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. In particular, access by public authorities cannot be ruled out. You can prevent these transfers by rejecting the relevant categories in the cookie banner and not using the newsletter or appointment booking service.
15. Retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. We delete log files after 14 days, inquiries once they have been resolved, and newsletter data when you unsubscribe. In Austria, business records must be retained for seven years under Section 132 of the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO).
16. Your rights
You have the right of access under Article 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16, erasure under Article 17, restriction of processing under Article 18, data portability under Article 20, and the right to object under Article 21 GDPR. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
